Thông thường sau khi nhận được thông tin đặt hàng chúng tôi sẽ xử lý đơn hàng trong vòng 24h và phản hồi lại thông tin cho khách hàng về việc thanh toán và giao nhận. Thời gian thường trong khoảng từ 3-5 ngày kể từ ngày chốt đơn hàng hoặc theo thỏa thuận với khách khi đặt hàng. Tuy nhiên cũng có trường hợp việc giao hàng kéo dài nhưng chỉ xảy ra trong những tình huống bất khả kháng như sau:
+ Company employees cannot contact customers by phone, so they cannot deliver goods.
+ The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
When customers buy goods, Asuzac Da Lat Food Co., Ltd. will deliver goods to customers by car or post. and customers will be responsible for paying the freight. There are 2 ways to pay the fee:
+ Option 1: Customers can directly transfer the shipping fee along with the money to the account of Asuzac Da Lat Food Co., Ltd. (Customer clearly notes the shipping fee when transferring money). We will call the customer to confirm and send the goods to the customer as soon as payment is received.
+ Option 2: Customers pay the freight directly for the car when receiving the goods.
